The stock level is showing 50, I tried to order 30 but it tells me that there is not enough stock, why?
Answer: The Goldmine holds a gigantic amount of stock, thus the stock display can take a while to refresh itself. Don’t worry! If you try to place an order and there is an insufficient amount of stock, the website will advise you that there is not enough stock to complete your request. We are working on faster methods to display this information, so sit tight!How do I contact the Goldmine?
Answer: Because we are still in the early stages of creating our digital presence, we haven’t had time to create a way for customers to make direct contact. However, the best way to track your orders is by clicking on the ‘Account’ button on the homepage, this will show you your orders and how much you have spent with us. You can also check your emails for the invoice confirmation.What’s the difference between “out of stock” and “unavailable”?
Answer: “out of stock” indicates that we had stock of an item previous to your browsing session, but we have sold out since. “unavailable” indicates that we have never had an item variant in our system, but we may do in the future.What happens if I purchase items that you do not have in stock?
Answer: The website will refuse any orders that precedes our stock limits.I cannot add a certain item into my cart, why?
